Since opening our doors in 2024, we have believed that coffee is more than a drink. It is comfort, conversation, and the feeling of home. As a proud veteran-owned business, we pour dedication, integrity, and heart into every step of what we do.
Each small batch is carefully roasted right here in Northern Minnesota, filling every cup with warmth, flavor, and a little bit of love—from our family to yours.
Independently & Family Owned
Dahlia’s Coffee Co. was founded by Orlando and Chantel Peralta in Roseau, Minnesota. Today, they are building Dahlia’s together while raising their two children. It is truly a family business—created to serve their community and build something meaningful for the next generation.
Before building Dahlia’s, Orlando spent five years serving in law enforcement and continues to serve in the Minnesota National Guard. Those experiences helped shape the values behind the company: service, integrity, dedication, and taking care of people.
Coffee Comes First
We source green coffee from respected growing regions around the world and roast it in small batches in Roseau. Every roast is developed with careful attention to freshness, consistency, sweetness, and flavor.
Our goal is to make remarkable coffee approachable—whether you are choosing your first freshly roasted bag, dialing in espresso at home, stocking the office, or serving Dahlia’s through your own business.
